NOEMA — Gizlilik Politikası

Bu gizlilik politikası, NOEMA mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hangi verileri topluyoruz

• Hesap bilgileri (isteğe bağlı): Apple veya Google ile giriş yaparsanız, sağlayıcıdan adınız ve e-posta adresiniz alınır. Giriş yapmazsanız anonim bir kimlikle (kişisel bilgi içermeyen rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliği) devam edersiniz.
• Oluşturduğunuz içerik: Günlük (journal) girdileri, kişilik testi cevaplarınız ve mentorlarla yaptığınız sohbet mesajları. Bu veriler önce cihazınızda saklanır, hesabınıza bağlı olarak Google Firebase (Firestore) üzerinde de yedeklenir.
• Kullanım verisi: Günlük mesaj sayacı gibi temel kullanım bilgileri (kötüye kullanımı ve maliyeti sınırlamak için).

Reklam kimliği toplamıyoruz, reklam amacıyla sizi takip etmiyoruz ve verilerinizi satmıyoruz.

2. Yapay zekâ mentor sohbeti

Bir mentora mesaj gönderdiğinizde, mesajınız ve son birkaç mesajlık sohbet geçmişi, yanıt üretmek üzere sunucumuza ve oradan OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini modeli) hizmetine iletilir. OpenAI'ye adınız veya e-postanız gönderilmez; yalnızca mesaj metni ve seçili filozof personası iletilir. Mentor yanıtları felsefi rehberlik amaçlıdır; terapi, tıbbi, hukuki veya finansal tavsiye değildir. Bu veri OpenAI tarafından yalnızca yanıtı üretmek için, kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işlenir; API üzerinden gönderilen veriler varsayılan olarak yapay zekâ modellerini eğitmek için kullanılmaz. 3. Verileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz (hizmet sağlayıcılar)

• Google Firebase — kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı (Firestore) ve sunucu fonksiyonları (barındırma/depolama).
• OpenAI — mesajlarınızdan mentor yanıtı üretir.
• Apple / Google — yalnızca giriş (oturum açma) sağlayıcıları olarak.

Bunlar dışında verilerinizi üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz (yasal zorunluluklar hariç).

4. Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi

Verileriniz, siz silene kadar saklanır. Uygulama içinde Ayarlar → Hesabı sil ile hesabınızı ve tüm bulut verinizi (profil, günlük, sohbetler) kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Ayrıca aşağıdaki e-postadan da silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.

5. Haklarınız

KVKK (Türkiye) ve uygun olduğunda GDPR (AB) kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltme ve silme haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

6. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.

7. Güvenlik

Verileriniz, sektör standardı önlemlerle (HTTPS ile şifreli iletişim, Firebase güvenlik kuralları) korunur. Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli olmasa da makul koruma sağlarız.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

NOEMA — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the NOEMA mobile app (the "App") collects, uses and protects your personal data. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Account info (optional): If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from the provider. If you don't sign in, you continue with an anonymous identity (a random user ID containing no personal information).
• Content you create: Journal entries, personality-test answers, and your chat messages with mentors. Stored on your device and, tied to your account, mirrored to Google Firebase (Firestore).
• Usage data: Basic usage such as a daily message counter (to limit abuse and cost).

We do not collect an advertising identifier, do not track you for advertising, and do not sell your data.

2. AI mentor chat

When you message a mentor, your message and the last few turns of history are sent to our server and on to OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini) to generate a reply. We do not send your name or email to OpenAI — only the message text and the selected philosopher persona. Mentor replies are reflective guidance and are not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice. OpenAI processes this data solely to generate the reply, under its own privacy policy; data sent via the API is not used to train its models by default. 3. Who we share data with (service providers)

• Google Firebase — authentication, database (Firestore) and cloud functions (hosting/storage).
• OpenAI — generates mentor replies from your messages.
• Apple / Google — only as sign-in providers.

We don't share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

4. Retention & deletion

Your data is kept until you delete it. In the app, Settings → Delete account permanently deletes your account and all cloud data (profile, journal, chats). This cannot be undone. You may also request deletion via the email below.

5. Your rights

Under KVKK (Türkiye) and, where applicable, GDPR (EU), you have rights to access, correct and delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures (encrypted HTTPS transport, Firebase security rules). No system is 100% secure, but we provide reasonable protection.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
