NOEMA, büyük filozofların ruhuyla düşünen yapay zekâ destekli bir felsefi rehberlik ve günlük tutma uygulamasıdır. Mentorlar gerçek kişileri temsil etmez; onların fikirlerinden esinlenir. İçerik genel bilgi ve kişisel gelişim amaçlıdır.
Uygulama; terapi, tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki veya finansal tavsiye vermez ve bunların yerine geçmez. Bir kriz veya sağlık sorunu yaşıyorsanız lütfen yetkili bir uzmana ya da acil servislere başvurun.
Mentor yanıtları yapay zekâ tarafından üretilir; hatalı, eksik veya uygunsuz olabilir. Üretilen içeriğe dayanarak alacağınız kararların sorumluluğu size aittir.
Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla, başkalarına zarar vermek için ya da sistemi kötüye kullanacak (otomasyon, aşırı istek vb.) şekilde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Oluşturduğunuz içerik (günlük vb.) size aittir; Uygulamayı işletmek için gerekli olduğu ölçüde işlenir. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman Uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
Uygulamanın indirilmesi ücretsizdir ve temel özellikler ücretsiz kullanılabilir (seçili mentorlar ve günlük sınırlı sayıda mesaj). İsteğe bağlı NOEMA Premium aboneliği tüm mentorları ve günlük mesaj sınırı olmadan diyaloğu açar; hizmetin kötüye kullanımını önlemek için makul adil kullanım sınırları saklıdır.
Premium; haftalık, aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak sunulur. Güncel fiyatlar satın alma öncesinde uygulama içindeki abonelik ekranında gösterilir ve ülkeye göre değişebilir. Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında App Store veya Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın (Apple / Google) politikalarına tabidir.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebilir, gerektiğinde hizmeti durdurabiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır.

NOEMA is an AI-assisted philosophical guidance and journaling app whose mentors think in the spirit of great philosophers. Mentors do not represent the real people; they are inspired by their ideas. Content is for general information and personal growth.
The App does not provide and is not a substitute for therapy, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis or have a health concern, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
Mentor replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for decisions you make based on generated content.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to abuse the system (automation, excessive requests, etc.).
You are responsible for your account's security. Content you create (journal, etc.) is yours; it is processed only as needed to operate the App. You may delete your account from within the App at any time.
The App is free to download and its core features can be used for free (selected mentors and a limited number of messages per day). The optional NOEMA Premium subscription unlocks all mentors and dialogue without a daily message limit; reasonable fair-use limits apply to prevent abuse of the service.
Premium is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Current prices are shown on the subscription screen inside the App before purchase and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant store (Apple / Google).
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms and may suspend the service when necessary. Material changes are posted on this page.
