HENORMOUS'u indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız oyunu kullanmayın.

1. Oyun ve lisans

HENORMOUS, mizahi bir tek oyunculu çiftlik/arcade oyunudur. Size kişisel, sınırlı, geri alınabilir, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir kullanım lisansı verilir. Oyunun, karakterlerin, kodun, görsellerin ve diğer içeriklerin mülkiyeti size devredilmez.

2. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Oyunu yasa dışı amaçla kullanmamalı; güvenlik veya satın alma kontrollerini aşmaya, hileli yetki oluşturmaya, hizmetlere zarar vermeye ya da hukukun izin verdiği sınırlar dışında tersine mühendislik yapmaya çalışmamalısınız.

3. Ücretsiz içerik ve Çiftlik Ekstraları

Yumurta Vardiyası, Horoz Modu ve Horoz Baskını kalıcı olarak ücretsiz ve tekrar oynanabilirdir. Çiftlik Ekstraları isteğe bağlı tek seferlik, tüketilemez bir satın alımdır; abonelik değildir ve ücretsiz temel oyun için hiçbir zaman gerekmez. Uygun ücretsiz oyuncu, tamamlanan Horoz Baskını'ndan sonra sınırlı bir komedi ek sahnesi için bir adet kişiselleştirilmemiş ödüllü reklamı seçebilir. Teklifi reddetmek veya kapatmak oyunu engellemez ya da değiştirmez. Çiftlik Ekstraları sahipleri tüm ek sahneleri reklam izlemeden alır.

Çiftlik Ekstraları; satın aldığınız desteklenen platformdaki bu HENORMOUS uygulamasında Serbest Gezi, tam kiler ve tarifler, genişletilmiş Müze ve Başarımlar, Tekrar, Fotoğraf Modu, kozmetik tavuk stilleri, parodi yumurta etiketleri ve reklamsız Horoz Ek Sahneleri sunar. Ayrı devam oyunlarını, başka ürünleri, her gelecekteki platformu veya üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin sonsuza kadar çalışmasını kapsamaz.

Mağaza fiyatı, vergi, iadeler ve ödeme para birimi Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından satın alma onayından önce gösterilir ve ilgili mağaza koşullarına tabidir.

Desteklenen durumlarda Satın Alımları Geri Yükle seçeneğini kullanabilirsiniz. Satın alma hakkı mağaza hesabınıza ve mağaza platformuna bağlıdır; ayrı Apple ve Google mağazaları arasında otomatik aktarım garanti edilmez. Dijital oyun içeriğinin nakit değeri yoktur ve ayrı olarak devredilemez.

4. Ağ ve kullanılabilirlik

Satın alma, geri yükleme, en güncel yetki doğrulaması, gizlilik seçenekleri ve isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklam ağ bağlantısı gerektirebilir. Reklam bulunmaması veya ağ/izin hatası ücretsiz oyunu engellemez. Doğrulanmış satın alma erişimi, desteklenen çevrimdışı önbellek davranışı kapsamında çevrimdışı kullanılabilir. Oyunu geliştirebilir, hataları düzeltebilir veya özellikleri değiştirebiliriz; kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışmayı garanti etmeyiz.

5. Kayıtlar ve cihaz sorumluluğu

Oyun ilerlemesi cihazda yerel tutulur. Uygulamayı silmek, cihazı sıfırlamak veya uygulama verilerini temizlemek yerel ilerlemeyi silebilir. Ekran görüntüsü oluşturma ve paylaşma yalnız sizin eyleminizle gerçekleşir; paylaşım hedefini siz seçer ve o hizmetin koşullarından siz sorumlu olursunuz. Cihazınızın ve mağaza hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.

6. Üçüncü taraf koşulları

Uygulama mağazası, ödeme, satın alma doğrulama, gizlilik izinleri ve isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklam özellikleri Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Google Mobile Ads ve UMP hizmetlerine dayanır. Bu hizmetlerin kendi koşulları ve politikaları da uygulanır. Apple platformlarında Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi, çelişki hâlinde geçerli olduğu ölçüde uygulanır.

7. Garanti ve sorumluluk

HENORMOUS, yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekilde” sunulur. Zorunlu tüketici haklarınız saklıdır. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı, özel veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

8. Fesih, değişiklikler ve hukuk

Bu koşulları ciddi şekilde ihlal etmeniz hâlinde kullanım hakkınız sona erebilir. Koşullar güncellendiğinde tarih bu sayfada değiştirilir. Bulunduğunuz yerdeki vazgeçilemez tüketici hakları ve zorunlu hukuk kuralları saklıdır.

By downloading or using HENORMOUS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. The game and license

HENORMOUS is a humorous single-player farm/arcade game. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. Ownership of the game, characters, code, art, and other content is not transferred to you.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use the game unlawfully; attempt to bypass security or purchase controls; forge an entitlement; harm the services; cheat; or reverse engineer the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Free content and Farm Extras

Egg Shift, Rooster Mode, and Rooster Raid are permanently free and replayable. Farm Extras is one optional non-consumable purchase; it is not a subscription and is never required for the free core. Eligible free players may choose one non-personalized rewarded ad after a completed Rooster Raid for a bounded comedy encore. Declining or closing the offer never blocks or changes play. Farm Extras owners receive every encore without an ad.

Farm Extras adds Free Range, the complete pantry and recipes, expanded Museum and Achievements, Replay, Photo Mode, cosmetic chicken styles, parody egg labels, and ad-free Rooster Encores in this HENORMOUS app on the supported purchasing platform. It does not include separate sequels, unrelated products, every future platform, or a promise that external third-party services will operate forever.

The Apple App Store or Google Play displays price, tax, and currency before confirmation. Purchases and refunds follow the relevant store terms and mandatory consumer law.

You may use Restore Purchases where supported. Purchase rights are associated with your store account and store platform; automatic transfer between separate Apple and Google stores is not guaranteed. Digital game content has no cash value and cannot be transferred separately.

4. Network and availability

Purchasing, restoring, refreshing entitlement status, privacy options, and an optional rewarded ad may require a network connection. No fill or a network/consent failure never blocks free play. Verified purchase access may be available offline through supported cache behavior. We may improve the game, fix defects, or change features; uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

5. Saves and device responsibility

Game progress is stored locally on your device. Removing the app, resetting the device, or clearing app data may delete local progress. Screenshots are created and shared only when you request it; you choose the destination and are responsible for that service's terms. You are responsible for the security of your device and store account.

6. Third-party terms

Store, payment, purchase-validation, privacy-consent, and optional rewarded-ad features rely on Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Google Mobile Ads, and UMP. Their terms and policies also apply. On Apple platforms, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the extent required and controls in the event of a conflict.

7. Warranty and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HENORMOUS is provided “as is” and “as available.” Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss.

8. Termination, changes, and law

Your right to use the game may end if you materially breach these Terms. The date above will change when the Terms are updated. Non-waivable consumer rights and mandatory laws in your location remain unaffected.
